I am a small investor that is asking that the SEC reinstate the "old" up-tick rule. This rule was put in place for good reasons and should not be modified in any way, shape, or form, from the original rule.
Also the SEC should not allow naked short selling.
Please enforce the trading rules and improve the quality of the audits that the SEC is responsible for conducting.
