I think a permanent uptick rule should be brought back. These temporary solutions would just be putting off another huge delcine. Not to mention that they are just temporary, so once these "temporary" solutions are terminated, this whole giant mess of a recession starts over again. The only way to stop this absurd bear raid that has hurt millions of Americans is to put in place the Proposed Uptick Rule. If sure if someone in high school can see how bad of an effect the removal of a 70 year old rule (that was made to PREVENT another depression after the great one happened) has had on this market, I'm sure an extremely educated SEC board can see the problems it has caused.

Restore our confidence and faith in the market and America and make the Proposed Uptick Rule happen
