-Please,please reinstate the uptick rule. I am retired/disabled and I lost 50% of my holdings,since 11/2007 when the rule was removed. The market is now setup for professional short traders at the expense of the general public.I cannot have confidence in our markets with the unfairness. Please vote to put in the rule as it was written. Do not water it down. The uptick rule must be reinstated to make the market fair to the general public.
