I am a small investor and I am pleading with you to re-instate the uptick rule
I'm sorry I cannot afford a high paid lobbyist to lobby congress to do something special just for me Because it appears that anyone who can pay the lobbyists, like the big banks and Wall Streeters, can have ANYTHING they want
The SEC cannot sit back and depend on Wall Street to protect investors. They are in the business to make money. And they appear willing to do anything it takes to make money for themselves, their boards of directors and their top management. Forget everyone else
PLEASE do the right thing and reinstate the uptick rule
