I am 75 years old and have been involved with common stocks for nearly 50 years. We most definitely need the uptick rule AND NOTHING LESS to keep regular normal type investors like myself believing we all are getting a fair shake.
Please reinstate the uptick rule and nothing less. My market friends think it is an unfair market without the rule.We will be losing honest investors if this rule is not passed
