I have been an investor for the past 40 years. Please, please, please reinstate the uptick rule without modifications. It has worked extremely well for 70 years, and will restore confidence to the individual investor.
This market was driven down by those people who never had any interest if fairness.
REINSTATE THE UPTICK RULE AND STOP UNFAIR SHORT SELLING.
