Dear SEC,
I wish to ask the SEC to re-establish the up tick rule and eliminate naked short selling in all stocks. I feel it is used by people and organizations to drive stock prices down and harm small investors such as myself by creating unfair markets. I do feel that if short selling is done by the previous rules that were suspended than the playing field is more level to all.
