Please reinstate the UPTICK RULE and circuit brakers to apply to every stock that is traded. Individual investors and retirees have lost their life savings because of the rampant, uncontrolled short selling in this market. This market has been turned into a casino and the individual investor does not stand a chance with the short selling and manipulation of stocks without the uptick rule. Thiefs have made millions while the average American has lost their life savings and some are now too old to start over. There is no reason anyone will want to reinvest in the market knowing that any stock, at anytime can become subject to the violent short selling and manipulation. Please help the American people and level the playing field in the market by immediately reinstating the Uptick Rule and applying circuit brakers to all stocks. Please, this has to be done under the new administration. We need CHANGE.
