I think the law should go back as of 2007. Since the throwing out of the uptick I and many other colleagues have
lost nearly all our 401K and pension money that we
depended on retiring on due to lack of this rule. Confindence in the market has been lost and our hard
earned money. The uptick rule was put in place for
a reason and throwing it out helped ruin our economy.
A selfish group of people benefited who never sweated to earn their money.
