it is time to reinstate the uptick rule,it allows powerful people to manipulate the market for the gains of a select powerful few...worked fine for 70 years till eliminated in 2007...if you don't like a particular stock,don't buy it...small buy and hold investors get raked over the coals by professional market manipulators...ENOUGH
