The SEC should put back the short-sell rules with aggressive new restrictions that do not allow "naked shorts". This practice is Wall Street's ugly little secret and could not stand the light of day if the public understood the practice. To call the abuses of short-selling a necessary part of an orderly market is bogus and fraudelent. The SEC and Secretary Cox were not doing their job to protect the public when the rules were changed. Please put back a strong regulated firewall to stop this illegal abused practice.
