Dear SEC Mrs. Sharpiro in particular, Please consider
stopping naked short-selling. This questionable trading tool is one of the causes of many of our financial/market environment problems. Traders have used naked short-selling to compound the devaluation momentum in the market to the point of destruction of whole companies. This is
truely criminal, and should be questioned as to how this has affected our economy. Please do not let this continue. Sincerely, Tim Moore
