Definately the up tick rule must be reinstated. Everyone knows the Bush admin with puppit Cox were making decisions to benifit a minority of their own at the expense of the U.S. I have first hand experience of having stock in a company which had a CEO who knowingly shorted the stock in the company while the SEC closed its eyes as usual. Hopefully under your oversight of the SEC things will change and become valid again.
