I do support reinstituting the short sale price tests which the Commission eliminated two years ago. I support more SEC enforcement in general, or some kind of aggressive oversight of the SEC if they fail to enforce properly on their own. I do support the reinstatement of the uptick rule, so as to bring back honest short selling.
