Please reinstate the uptic rule so private investors can compete on a more level playing field with the rest of Wall Street. It is unfair that those of us trying to manage our own cash and 401K accounts do not operate under the same rules as hedge funds and large banks. The middle class is the backbone of this country and this economy yet we are continually disadvantaged by the very entities that caused this market collapse and the government who's stated purpose should be to protect the very people who fuel this economy. Who out there is to protect the little guy from being crushed by big business but the federal government.
