Please reinstate the uptick rules. Many investors have lost faith in the market and realize that manipulators have ruined it for them. We are in turmoil and without the individual investor American companies will not prosper.
Retired and other long term investors want to be in a market that is stable and honest. We are so sick of manipulation and underhanded, greedy people that our whole system is in jeopardy.
