To it may concern,
You already know the hedge funds are just plain stealing our money, killing most all small businesses, the backbone of America. This all goes back to the Dark Pools of old, why the rule was started in the first place. Have some common sense and decency to the people you are suppose to protect, please. Nothing short of the American Dream is at stake here, stop killing the Dream. American people except law and order, and the out right thievery of the rich is not expectable or will the American people stand for it. The SEC is a disgrace, protect the people, please.
