The rule must be reinstated as it was prior to 2007. I have been an investor for many years and my stocks began to react negatively and wildly after this rule was changed. It has worked fine for decades and did not need any revisions from you. We average investors need some protection from the market manipulators. We can see when a stock tanks for no apparent reason. We could also see when manipulators sold naked shorts while the SEC was asleep at the wheel.
