Please, please, please bring back the uptick rule. It was there for a reason. We need it back. Make the playing field more fair for the retail investor. It's removal was a disaster for the American investor, worker and companies affected. It's removal is a vestige of the failed Bush Administration policies that helped bring on the Great Recession, and it's a rule that needs to be brought back.
