I feel the uptick rule should be implemented immediately and permanently as retail investors have absolutely no fair play whatsoever in the current market conditions where hedge funds and institutional short players are taking full advantage of the situation. I find it hard to believe that the SEC has idly stood by and watched this happen. Our stock market is worse than any casino in Vegas.
