Chairwoman Mary Schapiro is a proposed rules champion but should get zero points for 'final rules'. Just scan the proposed rules for 2009 and judge for yourself how many were implemented. Public comments are still overflowing everywhere. Rumor is Bernanke and Geithner are in trouble. Time to let go of Mary Schapiro too. Let us get someone who implements final rules a day after last comment date.
