Why have you still taken no action to reinstate the uptick rule and/or circuit breakers? After reporting better than expected earnings, WYNN,and the entire casino sector, became victims of blatant bear raids unchecked by the SEC and dropped 11%. I don't care about dark pools. I care about the uptick rule. Start listening to individual investors and protect us like you're supposed to.
