I am a retired Navy Veteran who has done my own investing for over 20+ years. My area of interest has been the Precious Metals and Industrial Minerals market. Illegal Short Selling has devastated not only me but uncountable numbers of investors who have seen the same government action as I have.
When Nixon closed the gold window in 1971 and this government started monetizing our debt 10 years later, investors got very interested in Precious Metals and Industrial Minerals. The (non) Regulators have allow this short selling as well as "front running" trades to cheat/steal from the public in incalculable losses.
Our markets are neither fair nor honest and the people are not able to participate in what should be transparent and regulated.
I ask you to reinstate the Naked Short Rule that helped make this the most envied market in the world.
