When are you going to take action on this issue?
In reading the comments previously and again this time around, there is overwhelming support for restoring the uptick rule.
Please, please restore the Uptick rule in form and in function so that the average stock investor is not taken advantage of by the ruthless short sellers and ultra short ETFs who have benefitted since the SEC eliminated this rule.
