I feel strongly that a fair uptick rule must be implemented to restore the confidence of the smaller retail investor. The playing field must be level for people to trust their investments. If hedge funds can sell while a stock is going down they are able to unfairly drive the price of a stock down and continue to do so until the make significant profits on their short positions. Please restore honesty to our market.
