there has been nothing done about the uptick rule or m2m, trying to support the market with my money in the banks, but no longer going to stay in the u.s. market's anymore, moving all my money to the ,hang seng market, sad that you have to invest in another country, i am a small fish in the market with about 200,000 invested, but i am moving all my money overseas, god bless america, not the people running the sec, sending the president a letter to in regards to this, and i need a response. thank you.
