Please reinstate the uptick rule. As a holder of BAC common stock, I have watched my money being eaten away by short sellers. These same short sellers brag about this and try to instill fear on the yeahoo finance board for BAC. Many people give in and sell at quite a loss. I am becoming very down on the financial system and am at the point where I may take all my money out of the market and bury it in my backyard. Please restore some order with the uptick rule.
