Why is the SEC ignoring the fact that the short sellers are destroying the stock market? Every day I watch solid, well-capitalized, well-run companies have their stock destroyed by the SKFs. The SKFs need to be stopped, regulated, or made illegal. They are being misused to manipulate the market and steal from ordinary citizens. The up-tick rule needs to be restored. Our forefathers knew what they were doing when they established the rule, the SEC should never have removed it. The stock market is never going to be viable for ordinary, patriotic Americans until the up-tick rule is reinstated and the SKFs are stopped.
