The uncontrolled short selling of this market is stealing from the ordinary citizen and making the unethical, unprincipled and corrupt individuals around the world wealthy. My complaint is against the SEC for allowing this to happen. Our forefathers instituted the up-tick rule to prevent this very thing from happening. The wisdom of our forefathers is being clearly demonstrated--the SEC needs to reinstate the up-tick rule immediately. I realize that President Obama is unhappy with Wall Street for helping to create this mess but punishing Wall Street also punishes all of us ordinary citizens. Please reinstate the up-tick rule. thank you...Bev
