Good Morning,
I don't believe there is anything more that I can add to the argument/request that more seasoned and intelligent people haven't already stated in re-instating the uptick rule, banning naked short-selling and enforcing that shorts disclose their positions.
I am curious as to why the SEC refuses to re-instate the uptick rule, ban naked short-selling and have shorts disclose their positions. Can you please issue a statement explaining to us little guys why not doing so is good for us small investors and the rest of the market?
