Will you please implement some type of controls in this market place. I am sick and tired of investing in America only to see my funds wiped cleaned. You need to implement the Short Sell Uptick Rule and you need to stop the computer based program trading. Why should I lose $9,000 in a day when I only have $50,000 in investments left in a mixed diversified portfolio. You are failing me and many taxpayers due to your lack of market regulation. I thought the OBAMA Administration was going to be better. Yet I think it has gotten worst.
