I support reinstating the uptick rule with a required differential between the bid and ask.
I also support criminal prosecution of those doing naked shorts. My understanding is that is already illegal, but not enforced.
I have been totally wiped out twice, once in 2007 and once in 2008, by bear raids.
Please do the right thing and you will see a lot more independents like myself return the the market.
