I don't know if this is feedback or what. I think it would be a good idea to return the 'uptick' rule for shorting stocks. I'm sure there are people making money because they can join a stock on the way down--buyers can't save the stock because the uptick they may cause can be ignored and the bears can really take over. Just a thought........Thanks Susan
