To Whom It May Concern:
As I witnessed slow destruction of our capitalism by market manipulators past 12 months, it's astonishing to me that the SEC hasn't done anything to prevent a further damage.
For example, I believe removal of "Uptick Rule," was a grave mistake by the SEC, I thought that the SEC supposed to protect investors and restore confidence in markets. However, it seems to me that the agency was swayed by the special interest group namely hedge funds.
I have a faith in our capital markets though it's slowly fading away.
