I am a small investor in the stock market. I would like to make a suggestion, and that is to bring back the uptick rule. There needs to be some limits on short selling and the destruction and instability it brings to the market. So my recommendation is to bring back the uptick rule. Please pass my suggestion along to whoever is responsible for bringing this regulation/rule back. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion which is shared by many.
