When are we going to get our new SEC Chairman? That is a KEY position for our financial markets. We need some regulations to level the playing field for the average "Investor." Right now, the average investor knows that the market is being manipulated. We know that there are unregulated "practices" going on - Naked short sales, Hedge fund conspirators battering down "selected" stocks, etc. Until "trust" & "transparency" is returned to the markets, the investor will stay on the sidelines. Why get your head chopped off with these "daily" 10% - 20% price swings. This is a CASINO environment and the playing field is not level! This is just like the lottery - Do you think people will play if the lottery is "tainted "
