Please reinstate the uptick rule even in it's old form. The uptick rule worked well since it's inactment providing stability to the markets. It's not like short selling is being banned for those who wish to use it. Our markets need to be able to continue to attact small investors, who have become limited due to the volatility created by the lack of an uptick rule. Thank you.
