Dear Sir; Please, Please you must protect the PEOPLE & their savings by reinstating the uptick rule!!! The average person has had retirement ruined & savings destroyed. This is a new administration, PLEASE get it right.
I've worked very hard for 45 years only to see it cut by more than 1/2. Please help us sir!!
