Any SEC worth its salt, or anyone's seasoning for that matter, would respectfully give much more weight to the comments by the vox populi versus those of the ghosts of the robber barons haranguing us in yet another age.
Any comment originating from, say New York, NY, or with an LLC appended, is likely to be highly predicatble, but, unfortunately, unduly influential with the current SEC leadership.
Allow me to solicit some comments:
WHERE DOES THE COMMON MAN SIT AT YOUR ROUNDTABLE?
WHERE IS THE PROMISED TRANSPARENCY?
WHY ARE THERE MANY TIERS OF INVESTING?
WHEN WILL YOU PUNISH THOSE WHO PROFIT AT OUR EXPENSE AND THREATEN OUR ENTIRE COUNTRY'S STANDARD OF LIVING?
WHEN WILL YOU REREAD YOUR CREDO AND DELIVER ON THAT PROMISE?
