REINSTATE THE UPTICK RULE. WORKED FOR 7O YEARS END NAKED SHORT SELLING
DO NOT APPROVE NEW TRIPLE LEVERAGED SHORT ETFs And get rid of SHORT ETFs altogether since they bypass SEC rules that presently exist but absolutely eliminate leveraged SHORT ETFs. Thank you for assisting the personal investor.
