Ladies and Gentleman of the SEC, I hope you see the point of my comment.

There was a reason for the uptick to be in place to begin with.

That reason is painfully obvious.

Lets get back to the original uptick rule, and stop talking about it.
The market had a volume above 14,000 at one point not that long ago. Since the uptick was removed, we have had nothing close to that. Point being, 9/11/01 was the cause for the economic free fall, and removal of the uptick rule has caused no growth to return to that level.

Now you have a modified rule in place, and the market is growing. We now sit at 9200. Imagine if you reinstate the full uptick as it was, and further strengthened it.

The Enron Loophole was the additional fuel to aid in the collapse of so many countries.

So lets start getting this train on the tracks, and reinstating the uptick as it was originally designed to be.

Why? Because no one wants to invest in the markets with short positions ripping the markets off.

Supply and demand control nothing, it is all short positions.
Please remove the short positions and return to a system that works.
