The lack of regulation has created a totally inefficent market. I am not sure the SEC has not realized that the market is now purely driven by short squeezes. Many stocks with excellent fundamentals can't go any where because there were not enough shorts in them.
Better do something quick.... the next beating will be worst than the last.
What are you waiting for?
