Another open comment period? Why? Stalling?
It seems clear that the SEC is trying to push this
issue out as far as possible. I guess we will wait
for federal legislation in order for a change to occur.
The SEC is failing to implement due to theinterests it's
leadership has within the market. Shameful display of
collusion. Chairwoman Schapiro stated that a decision
would occur sometime this Summer. Sept. 21 is the end
of the summer. Now that a new comment period has been
ordered, I guess we will need to wait until the end of
Fall for an answer.
