I have been trading stocks for a long time. I trade mostly penney stocks. abusive short selling and naked short selling is still rampant in the market and it is an unfair situation for all traders. Naked short selling should be a criminal offense and people should be jailed. Naked short selling is the same as counterfiting money.
Reinstating the uptick rule has to be reinstated. The market was nearly crushed with all the illegal shorting of all stocks. In my opinion the crooks in the market have the upper hand. Senator Kaufman has it right. Please listen to what he is saying. Thanks.
