Why do we need a comment period for something that is the right thing to do??? -- Reinstall the uptick rule and crack down on the NSS. You don't need to see how the public feels on situations before you make them final. JUST DO THE RIGHT THING FOR AMERICA You have already seen what happens if you don't do the right thing
