Reinstate the old uptick rule fast. This is a rape of the small investor. Unchecked naked short selling has descimated companies targeted by hedge funds and investment bankers at the expense of small investors who use their IRAs' and 401ks' for a secure future and retirement. Seventy five years of protection was ignored by Chris Cox and it was to serve his constituents. We need protection from the interests of Wall St. in raping our savings.
