I find it very interesting in the past Comments were those that are NOT in favor of using a Uptick rule or NOT banning Naked shorting are the very ones that are OUR problem
these are the very Crooks that are feeding off of the American people ( Investors ).
I hope the SEC is smart enough to ignore these comments and get this corrected.
Naked Short selling needs to be permanetly Banned. Short selling needs more regulation , we need ENFORCEMENT
you can have all the rules in place , but without Enforcement it means nothing
