Dear Sir: I dot know if I am sending this to the correct location or not, but I am very distressed to hear about the effect of the uptick rule (related to the shorting of stocks) and the destruction of bank stocks. I have heard this discussion going on since the beginning of the financial crisis back in October.
Why isn’u the SEC eliminating that rule –!before it and the Hedge Funds destroys the banking and financial systems If they are whas taking so long
