After 26 years in this industry I would like to thank you for destroying all we have worked for.
You are consistently letting short sellers destroy my profession. By not re-instating the up tick rule you have allowed the renegade hedge funds to destroy most, if not all the wealth still remaining in the market. What you don't seem to understand is that the markets are for investing not trading. Your cowering policies are a joke and only cater to those that would use them to amass fortunes.
Your agency is pathetic and an embarrassment to my profession.
