Thank you for letting me comment on the Uptick Rule.
I would like the SEC to abolish Short Selling, period. If you new how many people lost their hard earned savings by those who short sell, you would take the needed measures to abolish this practice. No stock should be sold short without the expressed permission of the one who owns the stock. What if it were your children who started investing their money at an early age and then see it disapear overnight due to Short Selling? I plead for common sense to overturn this practice.
